Barcah Group CEO has been appointed Chairman of the Libyan-Egyptian Joint Economic Chamber (JEC) on 10-10- 2017. This decision has been approved by General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Libya and by both governments of Libya. The role of the JEC is to promote & develop business and trade between Egypt & Libya in all sectors which has seen a significant drop after the revolutions of Libya & Egypt. Industry specific conferences, Trade Assistance, match making and much more will be provided by the JEC once the JEC is fully activated (the JEC is awaiting appointment of the Egyptian side of the JEC).
