The Egyptian Tourism Company for Real Estate and Development is an Egyptian Joint Stock company established in 1989. The company is permitted to partake in Hotel and Tourism developments as well as Residential and Commercial enterprises. Barcah Gruppo bought the company outright in early 2007 from its original shareholders.
The Company has acquired nineteen acres (80,000 sqm) plot on the outskirts of Cairo overlooking the great Pyramids of Giza and within walking distance of Abou Rawash pyramid. The land is located on 20-21 km Cairo – Alexandria desert road and is under the governorate of 6th October. The location enjoys access by both greater Cairo Ring roads.
Needless to say, the area is one of the world’s most important tourism destinations and is gaining importance by the relocation of one of the world’s greatest Museums, not to mention the fact that it is also fast becoming one of Cairo’s fastest growing and most important business districts.
The project will consist of the following elements:

- Egypts largest Gym & Boxing Center
- Retail
- Food & Beverage outlets
- Car Showrooms
- Entertainment Zone
- Egypt’s only FIA & FIM certified circuits
Project Status:
The overall master plan has been completed. Planning permission is currently being obtained for the project.
Levelling works is already underway on the site, with construction due to start by early 2020.
